Here are the "rules" for this year's 100 KDD.
1) There are no rules - just do something kind because the world needs it.
2) We realize that kindness does not need to be documented or tallied for it to change the world, but sharing it with each other has been so fun and motivating. We have the extra component of an anonymous donor pledging $1 to the Conquer Cancer glioblastoma fund (this page!), so helping us keep track by sending a photo or text would be really helpful.

3) We have group chats on both FB and IG - but facebook is by far more active during the day. If you don't want to be a part of the chat, you can also just send us a photo or info or tag @thisliferocks. You can also use the hashtag #100kinddeedsday

4) Please don't take photos or share personal information that might call attention to someone's moment of need or crisis. Just do some good for the world.
